Background:
Poor contact surface on panel results in seals loosening. Therefore, when replacing panel or during any work involving removal of the panel, the panel
seals must be removed and new seals installed directly onto the dashboard frame, if they have not already been installed.

Seals
Early cars have seals installed around air vent on the dashboard panel.
The new seals must be installed around air vents on dashboard frame (1).
