Replacement of Condenser

TTTP1 Before starting work on condenser

NOTE!  Read the sections covering slow and quick leaks first according to BG1 See: Service and Repair

NOTE!  When replacing the condenser always install new O rings in pipes and quick-release connectors. Always plug pipes and connections when
working on the climate control unit. 

Replacement of condenser

TTTP2 Removing condenser

First read TTTP1.

-

Disconnect battery negative lead.

-

Drain system of refrigerant according to BD and BF. (See above) 

-

Remove suction intake hose and intermediate section between fan shroud nozzle and filter.

Remove fresh air intake to control module box
