The replacement instrument cluster printed circuit board (P/N 9434097) is supplied with the tachometer programmed to 8,000 rpm. When replacing this
card it will be necessary to reprogram it to 7,000 rpm in addition to the elapsed mileage service reminder indicator (SRI) lamp intervals etc... otherwise
the tachometer reading will be too low.
Service Manual TP 3501201, Section 3 (35-38) Lighting, instruments and other electrical components, 850 1992- needs to be updated.
When these labels have been stuck into the Service Manual discard this Service Bulletin.
