Heat deflector plate over turbocharger (TC).

-

Four screws.

Removing pressure regulator hose

Remove

-

Pressure regulator hose (marked in yellow).

Disconnect the hose at the turbocharger (TC) control valve.

-

Fresh air intake from air cleaner (ACL) to access hose clamp.

Only S70/V70/C70:

The turbocharger (TC) control valve position and version have been changed In the S70/V70/C70

Disconnect the hose running backward from the turbocharger (TC) control valve (marked in yellow).

Release boost pressure control (BPC) valve spindle

Remove split pin from lever.

Disconnect spindle and lift straight up.

Connecting test equipment
