If the control module was not previously programmed no data can be read off.

Read off the driver position. Make a note of the reading. If the programming is not correct, program in the correct version.

Any further programming to do?
Yes: Go to KKA3
No: Operation done

KKA3 Programming the engine type

NOTE!  This programming sequence allows the ECC control module to adapt the control module and the climate control system to the heating capacity
of the engine installed in the car. Diesel engines take longer to reach their normal operating temperature.

Ignition on.

Use the Programming function to read off and program the ECC control module. Programmable data is: gasoline or diesel engine. If the control
module was not previously programmed no data can be read off.

Read off the engine type. Make a note of the reading. If the programming is not correct, program in the correct version.

Yes: Go to KKA4
No: Operation done
