Cabin Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

TTTC1 Removing passenger compartment temperature sensor (ECC)

-

Ignition off.

-

Remove radio if installed.

-

Insert hand through radio compartment opening and detach the ECC control module by pressing it out from behind.

-

Insert hand through control module opening and detach the switch next to the passenger compartment temperature sensor by pressing out the
switch from behind.

TTTC2

-

Insert hand through control module opening and the passenger compartment temperature sensor by pressing together the locking clips by hand and
pulling it out to the rear.

NOTE!  Note how the temperature sensor was positioned before removing it.

-

Disconnect passenger compartment temperature sensor's connector.
