The difference may not be larger than -3' per wheel, which means the wheel is going toe-out.
c. Adjustment of the toe-in variation can be done if toe-in with a loaded car goes to toe-out.
12. Adjustment of toe-in variation:
a. Raise the car.
b. Remove the wheel
c. Attach the compression tool and press up the lower link, position axle in the tool's fixture holes so the link enters the normal position.
13. Remove nuts to the upper link's outer bushing.

Knock the bushing screw loose from the stub axle.

Use a copper hammer.

Press the link and stub axle apart slightly with a puller 998 7693.
14. Locate the spacer washers between the contact surface on the bushing screw and the stub axle.

The washers are in two thicknesses 0.5 mm P/N 1387783-2. 1.0 mm P/N 1387758-4.

Clip or saw up a small slit in the washers, push over the screw and line up after installation.

Example: To correct 3' toe-out variation 2-3 mm washers are required.
15. Remove the puller
a. Attach a new nut. Tightening torque 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.).
b. Remove compression tool.
c. Attach the wheel.
16. Check toe-in again in both positions.
