Replacing cooling loop

Block off the return hose to the reservoir with a hose plier/clamp.

Remove:

-

splashguard under engine,

-

hose clamps from connections on cooling loop,

-

screws for the anti-roll bar bracket,

-

cooling loop

Install new cooling loop.

Pull down the roll bar 5 mm (1/4") and insert the bracket for the loop between the frame rail and the anti-roll bar bracket.

Install screws for anti-roll bar bracket.

Remove return line from steering gear.
