Installing Throttle Body 

-

Install the new throttle body on the intake manifold.

-

Connect connector to throttle position sensor.

Checking Link 

-

Undo link locknut.

-

Pull back link as far as possible, release one end and check that the link springs back easily to innermost position.

Installing Link 

-

Locate link.

-

Check that throttle spindle is in contact with adjustment screw (A) and that throttle pulley is in contact with idling stop (B).

-

Tighten link locknut (C).

-

Open and close throttle, check that the throttle spindle is in contact with the adjustment screw (A) when the throttle is closed.
