Install the bolt, as illustrated. The sprung washer (1) must be positioned between the tow bar hitch and the flat washer.

Use a fixed wrench when tightening. Tighten securely.
Tilting the base unit

Press catch (A) down to tilt the base unit.

Lower the base unit (B) until the stop catch engages.
Tilting the base unit back
-
Lift up the stop catch (A) and fold back the base unit (B).
