Heat both the cables so that they release from the switch. Use a soldering iron.
HINT: Mark up the cables before removal.
Installing the switch

Solder both the small cables onto the switch.
Install:

the switch. Secure the switch using hot adhesive.

the 2 cables for the switch

the fan shroud.

the screws for the fan shroud.
