Oil Separator: Service and Repair

Remove the intake manifold 

Remove the intake manifold according to operation Replacing intake manifold, refer to Engine, Intake Manifold.

Remove 

-

the hose from the flame trap

-

the intake manifold bracket

-

the two screws for the flame trap

-

the oil trap.

Check that the flame trap seal surfaces are clean.
