Removal and Installation

Vehicles with a charge air cooler.
Remove the charge air cooler. Refer to: Charge air cooler, B6304T2
Change and lubricate the O-rings with compressor oil.
Vacuum-pump the AC-system. Refer to: Vacuum pumping See: Service and Repair/Vacuum Pumping
Fill the air conditioning system with refrigerant. Refer to: Refrigerant, filling See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant, Filling
Leak-trace the air conditioning system. Refer to: Leak tracing, electronic leak tracer See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General
