Removal
Drain the refrigerant from the AC system. Refer to: Refrigerant, draining See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Refrigerant, Draining
Lift aside the expansion tank.
Remove the upper engine stabilizer brace. Refer to: Upper torque rod, B6304T2 See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts,
Brackets and Accessories/Engine Mount/Engine Torque Strut/Service and Repair/Upper Torque Rod
Raise the servo reservoir. Refer to: Reservoir fluid power steering See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power Steering/Power Steering Fluid
Reservoir/Service and Repair
1. Torque: Clips refrigerant pipe to bodywork, 6 Nm
2. Torque: M8, 24 Nm
Remove the panel. Refer to: Secondary Bulkhead Panel RH See: Body and Frame/Firewall/Service and Repair
1. Remove the plastic nuts.
2. Torque: M6, 10 Nm
