AFFECTED VEHICLES:
DESCRIPTION: If a customer complains of a tailgate area creaking noise when driving over bumps and / or uneven roads, for the vehicles listed above
it's more likely caused by the latch. Prior to attempting any other repair / adjustment, grease the latch as described in the service section below.
MATERIAL:
SERVICE: Apply the grease with a brush according to the following.
