XC90 2.5T AWD L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2003)

Remove the screws (1)

Press in the catches (2) and pull the air baffle down/backwards. Remove the air baffle

Remove the screws (3). Remove the splash guard.

Remove the screw and the junction connector from underneath the side member.

Remove the locking sleeves over the cable splices on the junction connector. Pull off the connectors from the junction connector
-
Place the junction connector to one side. It will not be reused.
