Rear muffler, replacing

Removal

Removing the rear muffler

Applies upon first replacement only:

Note! Suspend the front part of the exhaust pipe so that the catalytic converter is not loaded

Measure 78 mm from the rear end of the front muffler. See A. Mark and cut the pipe using pipe cutter 115 8590.

Remove:

-

the 3 rubber mountings

-

the muffler.

Applies upon second (or higher) replacement:

Note! Suspend the front part of the exhaust pipe so that the catalytic converter is not loaded.

Remove:

-

the clamp with nuts between the front and rear muffler

-

the 3 rubber mountings

-

the muffler.
