Removal

Disconnect the battery negative lead. See Battery, replacing See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Remove the power steering fluid and coolant reservoirs. Lift up and move to one side

Remove the cover from the central electrical unit

Remove the engine control module (ECM) Engine control module (ECM), replacing See: Engine Control Module/Service and Repair. Remove the
transmission control module (TCM) Transmission control module (TCM), replacing See: Transmission Control Systems/Relays and Modules -
Transmission and Drivetrain/Relays and Modules - A/T/Control Module/Service and Repair.
