Caution! The following procedure must be carried out to ensure that the connector and wiring are not damaged when removing the bumper.

Follow the cable from the sensors in the bumper up to the control module for the back-up (reversing) warning system.
Disconnect the connector (the cable comes from the bumper).

Note! Disconnect the correct connector. The control module for the back-up (reversing) warning system has 2 connectors.

Removing rear bumper

Remove the rear bumper. See Casing bumper rear, replacing See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Rear Bumper/Rear Bumper Cover / Fascia/Service and
Repair.
Pull the cable out of the hole in the body.

Removing the back-up (reversing) warning sensor
