Detach the existing ground cable for the front socket on the underside of the left-hand frame member.

Route the ground cable on to the relay. Connect both ground cables to the existing ground terminal.

Pull the cable with rubber grommet (1) away from the passenger compartment connector socket.

Pull the whole cable out from the hole in the cowl wall. Remove the rubber grommet from the cable. There is a new one on the routed electrical
cable.

Cut away the top of the new rubber grommet (1).

Guide the passenger compartment connector socket's cable in through the new rubber grommet.

Grease in the rubber grommet with low temperature grease (part no. 1161417-9) on the side turned into the passenger compartment.
