Drive Belt: Service and Repair

Replacing the accessory drive belt / belt tensioner

Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Preparation

Lift up servo reservoir and place on top of engine.

Note! Ensure that no oil leaks out of the ventilation hole in the cover.

Remove the cover and surround for the distribution box.

Use a 14 mm spanner and turn clockwise as far as possible to relieve the load.
Lift off the belt.
