Install:

the counterhold on puller 999 5762-2 between the hooks and in the sealing ring

puller 999 5762 Extractor See: Tools and Equipment/999 5762 Extractor on the hooks.
Extract the sealing ring. It may sit firmly.
Installation
Installing the sealing ring
Note! Blow clean before installation.
Use drift 999 5763 Drift See: Tools and Equipment/999 5763 Drift on the sealing ring.
Tap in the sealing ring to the bottom position.
Check that the sealing ring is correctly positioned against the transmission housing.
Installing the torque converter
Install the torque converter on the shaft.
Lift and turn the torque converter slightly so that it positions correctly on the shaft and bottoms out in the transmission.
