Support the chain gear so that there is no pressure on the input shaft.
Remove the 8 bolts and lift the cover straight off.

Note the depth at which seal 8636016 is installed before removing it with a screwdriver or seal removal tool. Lubricate the lip of the new seal with
oil 1161745 and install it to the same depth using 9995654 or a similar tool measuring about 43mm (1.7").

While keeping the gears and chain in place, lift the unit and turn it over so that it lays flat on the workbench.

Lift the rear cover straight up. Leave the chain and gears on the bench exactly as they are.

6.

Remove seal 8636014 using 9997087 or a similar tool measuring about 60mm (2.36"). 
Remove seal 9480961 using 9995654 or a similar tool measuring about 45mm (1.77").

7.

Turn the cover over and install 8636014 using 9997087 or a similar tool measuring about 60mm (2.36"). Install seal 9480961 using 9995655 or a
tool measuring about 45mm (1.77").

8.

Lubricate the lips of both seals with oil 1161745 and place the cover back over the gears and chain. Push the cover straight down until the bearings
are fully seated. If the cover becomes stuck before it is all the way down, do not force it. Lift the cover and try again. The earings are not a press fit
and the cover should go on relatively easily.
