Route the cable on the left-hand side of the seat belt's mounting at the front edge of the wheel housing, inside the carpet at the front edge of the
side panel, between the side panel and the rear cargo floor support, to the tailgate.

Continue to route the cable along the existing cable harness below the tailgate.

Secure the cable with tie straps from the kit.

Loosen the control module that is attached with Velcro tape.
