Reading oil pressure
Measure oil pressure at the specified engine speed.
Remove manometer 999 5270 OIL PRESSURE METER See: Tools and Equipment/999 5270 Oil Pressure Meter with hose and adapter 999 7207

Installation

Installing the oil pressure sensor
Install the oil pressure sensor. Apply Loctite 962 to the sensor and tighten as specified.
Plug in the connector to the oil pressure sensor. Start the engine and check for leaks and proper function.
Installing splash guard under the engine
Install:

the splash guard under the engine

the 6 M8 screws; tighten.
Installing the protective plate
Install:

the protective plate
-
the 6 screws; tighten.
