XC90 AWD V8-4.4L VIN 85 B8444S (2005)
Remove the 2 M6 screws of the support bracket for the exhaust manifold in the oil sump.
Remove 8 M8 nuts at the exhaust manifold flange toward the cylinder head.
Lower the exhaust manifold.
Remove the exhaust manifold gasket. Scrap the gasket.
When replacing the exhaust manifold, transfer the heated oxygen sensors. Use 999 5543 SOCKET NV-22 HO2S See: Tools and Equipment/999 5543
Socket NV-22 HO2S. Tighten as specified: Tightening torque, B8444S See: Engine/Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Tightening Torque.
