Sunroof / Moonroof Switch: Service and Repair

Switch sunroof, replacing

Preparations

Ignition off.

Removing the switch for the sunroof

Remove the interior lighting. See Interior lighting, replacing See: Lighting and Horns/Dome Lamp/Service and Repair/Interior Lighting, Replacing.
Press out the catches. Pull the switch outwards and upwards.
Remove the catch and the conductive strap.

Installing the switch for the sunroof

Press in the conductive strap. Press in the catch.
Correctly position the rear of the switch and press the switch into place.
Install the interior lighting. See Interior lighting, replacing See: Lighting and Horns/Dome Lamp/Service and Repair/Interior Lighting, Replacing.
