SERVICE

US->EU
DVD based unit (MMM) XC90 - MY2006, C30, S40, V50, C70 - MY2007

1. Change regional navigation setting in the car configuration by downloading:

SW P/N 8691389 to change XC90 or SW P/N 30775822 to change C30, C70, S40 and V50

*2. Insert valid map disc for the applicable region (EU).

*EU-> US
*DVD based unit (MMM) XC90 -MY2006 C30, S40, V50, C70 -MY2007

*1. Change regional navigation setting in the car configuration by downloading:

*SW P/N 8691390 to change XC90 or SW P/N 30660209 to change C30, C70, S40 and V50

*2. Insert valid map disc for the applicable region (US).

*US -> EU
HDD based unit (MMM+) XC90 MY2007- C30, S40, V50, C70 MY2008-

1a. Change regional navigation setting in the car configuration by downloading:

SW P/N 8691389 to change XC90 or SW P/N 30775822 to change C30, C70, S40 and V50

2a. Insert valid MMM+ map disc for the applicable region (EU).

3a. The update procedure will start with copying the data to the HDD and when finished starting to erase the obsolete map data.

EU -> US
HDD based unit (MMM+) XC90 MY2007- C30, S40, V50, C70 MY2008-

1a. Change regional navigation setting in the car configuration by downloading:

SW P/N 8691390 to change XC90 or SW P/N 30660209 to change C30, C70, S40 and V50 

2a. Insert valid MMM+ map disc for the applicable region (US).

3a. The update procedure will start with copying the data to the HDD and when finished starting to erase the obsolete map data.

NOTE!

The procedure to change the HDD based system will take several hours. If the car is shut down during this process the process will start automatically
when the car is turned on again. After the map update is finished the MMM+ will have the new map on the HDD and the system will automatically
resume to operational mode. The map disc has to remain in the DVD-reader because it contains the valid license key.
