Note! Turn the steering wheel until optimum access to the bolt is achieved. Lock the steering wheel and take out the ignition key, so that the
steering wheel lock is activated.

Note! On one side, measure the length of the track rod in relation to the steering gear housing. Make a note of the measurement.

Remove:

-

the bolt to the lower steering shaft joint

-

the connector to the solenoid.
