Carburetor Float: Adjustments
FLOAT LEVEL, ADJUST
Remove carburetor and invert air horn with air horn gasket in position. Hold air horn so that float tang rests lightly on inlet needle. Measure float level
clearance from top of float to air horn gasket. Clearance obtained should be .236 inch (6 mm). If not, adjust to specification by removing float and
bending float level adjusting tang as needed to obtain correct clearance.
