Thermostat: Service and Repair

1.

Drain cooling system, then remove spare tire.

2.

Disconnect hoses from thermostat housing.

3.

Remove thermostat housing attaching bolts, then thermostat housing and gasket.

4.

Remove three bolts holding housing halves together, then the thermostat and gasket.

5.

Reverse procedure to install.
