If you can't make a connection from the vehicle, then call On Star dealer support at 888-390-4050. Ask the agent to transfer you to the OSTA group.
You'll need to register the serial numbers (STID and FSN) from the new unit(s). And while you're at it, make sure you remind the staff to update your
service client's OnStar personal calling profile.
