Front Door Exterior Handle: Service and Repair
Front Door Outer Handle Replacement
NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove these items:

Door panel
-
Plastic cover, as necessary
2. Raise the glass fully.
3. Pull the glass run channel (A) away as necessary ('99 model), and remove the bolt, then remove the center lower channel (B) by pulling it
downward. On '00-03 models, remove it with the lower glass run channel(C).
4. Use a small screwdriver 10 release the retainer clip (A), then remove the lock cylinder (B). Disconnect the cylinder rod (C).
