Remove the A/C line bracket mounting bolts from the radiator bulkhead. Pivot the bracket up and back.

Push the top of the radiator back toward the engine.
5.
Clean up any dirt and debris in the top part of the radiator. Dry the radiator thoroughly.
6.
Paint the cable contact area of the radiator (see REQUIRED MATERIALS).
7.
Reinstall the A/C line bracket, the mounting brackets and cushions, and clip the A/C line to the upper radiator hose.
8.
Center-punch a completion mark above the first character of the engine compartment VIN.

1.
Remove the front engine compartment cover (7 clips).
2.
Remove the upper radiator mounting brackets and cushions.
3.
Push the top of the radiator back toward the engine.
4.
Clean up any dirt and debris in the top part of the radiator. Dry the radiator thoroughly.
5.
Paint the cable contact area of the radiator (see REQUIRED MATERIALS).
6.
Reinstall the mounting brackets and cushions, and the engine compartment cover.
7.
Center-punch a completion mark above the first character of the engine compartment VIN.
