Evaporator Case: Service and Repair
Heater-Evaporator Unit Replacement

1. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/recycling/charging station.

2. Disconnect the suction and receiver lines from the evaporator.

NOTE:  Plug or cap the lines immediately after disconnecting them to avoid moisture and dust contamination.

3. Remove the glove box.

4. Remove the bolts and the glove box frame, then disconnect the connectors from the radiator fan control module and the glove box frame.
