Repair Procedure A

1.

Remove these components:

Throttle body cover

^

Intake manifold covers

^

Ignition wire holder

^

Ignition wire cover

2.

Remove the six bolts and three nuts from the intake manifold, and lift up the intake manifold by the intake manifold chamber end. Place a fender
cover or other suitable item under the intake manifold to support it and prevent any debris from entering the intake passages.

3.

Remove and discard the intake manifold chamber. Save the gaskets, brace, intake manifold cover bracket(s) and mounting hardware for
