8.
Install the main bracket onto the studs. Torque the mounting nuts to 12 N.m (8.7 lb-ft).

Install two new plastic clips into the bracket slots, and fully seat them.
10.
Rotate the clips until the retaining tabs are horizontal.
NOTE:
If you do not do this, the clips may not fully set into the retaining holes in the seat.
11.
Install the seat-back panel by setting the hook tabs (at the top of the seat-back panel) into the slots in the seat. Push the seat-back panel upward,
align the seat-back panel clips so they align with the retaining holes in the seat-back, then push the bottom of the panel inward.
