CL TYPE S V6-3.2L SOHC (2001)
3. Release the parking brake lever, and back off the adjusting nut (A).
4. Remove the rear wheels, and inspect the parking brake shoes.
5. Remove the access plug (A).
6. Turn the brake shoe adjuster (B) up with a flat blade screwdriver (C) until the shoes lock, then back off 8 stops. Do this adjustment on both the
right and left brakes.
7. Check the number of clicks by pulling up on the parking brake fever with 196 N (20 kgf, 44 lbs) of force.
Lever locked clicks: 6 - 10
8. If the lever is not within the specified number of clicks, refer to the parking brake lever minor adjustment procedure.
9. Reinstall the rear console cover and mat.
