Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
1. Obtain five digit radio theft protection code as described under Technician Safety Information.
2. Working from underneath dash panel, pry out cotter pin, then remove clutch pedal pivot pin from yoke.
3. Remove attaching nuts at dash panel, disconnect hoses, then remove master cylinder from vehicle. Plug hoses to prevent fluid loss.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Bleed clutch hydraulic system.
b. Refer to Clutch, M/T for clutch adjustment procedures.
c. Reactivate radio as described under Technician Safety Information.
