p. Align the projection on the pump housing and the projection on the pump cover, then tighten the four bolts.
q. Set the 13 x 1.9 mm O-ring on the inlet joint.
r.
Install the inlet joint on the pump housing.
s. Rotate the pump drive shaft manually to make sure the pump drive shaft rotates smoothly.
2. Flow Control Valve
a. Apply steering grease (Acura P/N 08733- B070E) to new O-rings.
b. Coat the flow control valve with clean power steering fluid.
c. Install the flow control valve, spring and control valve cover on the pump housing.
