While twisting the pump shaft to align the gears, slide the pump cover assembly into the pump. Secure the pump cover assembly to the housing
with the four flange bolts. Torque the flange bolts to 20 N.m (14 lb-ft).

Reinstall the pulley. Torque the nut to 64 N.m (47 lb-ft).
16.
Reinstall the power steering pump on the car.
17.
Check the fluid level in the system. Add Honda Power Steering Fluid if necessary.
18.
Start the engine, and run it at fast idle; then turn the steering from lock-to-lock several times to bleed air from the system.
19.
Recheck the fluid level, and add more if necessary. Do not fill the reservoir beyond the upper level line.
