4. Remove the bolt, then pull the lock cylinder out. Remove the lock cylinder from the cylinder rod, then take them out.
5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
NOTE:

Apply grease to the trunk lid latch.

Make sure the trunk lid locks securely.

Make sure the trunk lid opens properly.

Make sure the connector is connected properly.
