Windshield: Service and Repair

Removal

CAUTION:

-

Wear gloves to remove and install the windshield.

-

Use seat covers to avoid damaging any surfaces.

1. To remove the windshield, first remove the:

-

Front pillar trim

-

Headliner

-

Windshield wiper arms and air scoop see section

2. Detach the clips from the retainers, then remove both side moldings as shown.

NOTE:  If necessary, replace any damaged clips.

3. Remove the right and left glass brackets.
