Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect pipe from slave cylinder. Plug opening in pipe to prevent fluid loss.
2.
Remove slave cylinder to clutch case attaching bolts, then the slave cylinder.
3.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque attaching bolts to 16 ft. lbs.
b. Lubricate end of push rod with molybdenum disulfide grease.
c. Fill master cylinder to proper level, then bleed cylinder through bleeder fitting. Refill cylinder as required.
