Brake Pedal Assy: Adjustments
1. Loosen brake light switch locknut, then back off switch until it breaks contact with brake pedal.
2. Loosen pushrod locknut, then turn pushrod in or out as necessary until pedal height measures 8.4 inches.
3. Turn in brake light switch until plunger is fully depressed, then back switch off 1/2 turn and tighten locknut.
4. With engine stopped, ensure brake pedal freeplay is 0.06-0.20 inches.
5. Ensure brake lights go out with brake pedal released.
