Woofer/Rear Cargo Area Rattles
SYMPTOM
The rear cargo area rattles when you play the audio system.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The woofer cover does not fit properly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Insulate the woofer cover with EPT sealer.
REQUIRED MATERIALS
EPT Sealer (5T): P/N 06991-SA5-000
(One roll repairs about eight vehicles.)

DIAGNOSIS
Turn up the volume on the audio system until the rattle occurs, then remove the woofer grille.

Online, enter keyword WOOFER, then select Woofer Replacement from the list.

If the rattle disappears, go to the REPAIR PROCEDURE.

If the rattle continues, this bulletin does not apply.
