Passenger's Airbag

7. Reinstall the glove box.
8. Remove the short connectors from the driver's airbag connector and from the cable reel 3P connector.
9. Remove the short connectors from the seat belt tensioners, then attach them to their holders.

Airbag Assembly Installation

10. Reconnect the floor wire harness 3P connector to the seat belt tensioner.
11. Reinstall the rear side trim panel.
12. Reconnect the battery positive cable, then the negative cable.
13. After installing the airbag assembly, confirm proper system operation:

Turn the ignition switch ON (II); the instrument panel SRS indicator light should come on for about six seconds and then go off.

Confirm operation of horn buttons.

Confirm operation of cruise control set/resume switch.
