Sunroof / Moonroof Cable: Service and Repair
Moonroof Drain Channel Slider and Cable Assembly Replacement
NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove these items:

Sunshade See: Sun Shade/Service and Repair

Moonroof motor See: Sunroof / Moonroof Motor/Service and Repair
2. Remove the frame See: Sunroof / Moonroof Frame/Service and Repair.
3. Remove the screws (A, B) securing the slide stops (C), and the cable tube rear brackets (D). Remove the cable tube side bracket mounting bolts
(E) and the cable tube mounting screws (F) from both sides of the frame (G).
4. Turn both cable tube side brackets (A) up to release the hooks (B) from the holes in both sides of the frame.
