Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair
Brake Booster Replacement
1. Remove the air cleaner See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and
Repair.
2. Remove the master cylinder See: Hydraulic System/Brake Master Cylinder/Service and Repair.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose (A) and the brake booster pressure sensor hose (B) from the brake booster (C).
4. Remove the brake lines (A) from the clamp (B).
5. Remove the heater hose (A) from the clamp (B).
