Water Pump Replacement

Special Tools Required

-

A/C Clutch Holder Robinair 10204 or Kent-Moore J37872, commercially available

1. Drain the engine coolant See: Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair.

2. Remove the front splash shield  See: Body and Frame/Splash Guard/Service and Repair/Front Splash Shield Replacement.

3. Remove the drive belt  See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair.

4. Hold the water pump pulley using the A/C clutch holder robinair 10204 (A), and remove the water pump pulley mounting bolts (B), then remove

the water pump pulley.

5. Remove the water pump (A) by removing the six bolts.
